Our raison d’être is the realisation of living environments that reflect the individual character and style of both client and building.

To achieve this requires an empathy with the client, a sense of balance and proportion coupled with effective and imaginative space planning. Our portfolio includes all manner of projects, from period to contemporary, commercial to domestic, both large and small. Everything from Farm Houses to Company Flats, Grand Hotels to Health Centres. Among the more interesting (and challenging) have been a château near Carcasonne, a Villa high in the mountains of Spain, a converted Railway Station, innumerable Old Rectories and the occasional Manor House. The restoration of a Regency ‘Villa’ in Exeter has received favourable comment from the local Civic Society, whilst at the other end of the architectural spectrum was an R.I.B.A. Award winning residence overlooking Hampstead Heath in North London.

The tastes and aspirations of those who inhabit a building, the artefacts they collect, the lifestyles they lead, these determine the style in which I decorate.
